Leveraged Income > Passive Income

Hi Reader,

Passive income is something we ALL strive for right?

It sounds so sexy: earn income passively, with low to minimal effort

But the reality is passive income is hardly low to minimal effort -> it takes alllll the effort to market the heck out of the product.

Passive income requires TRAFFIC and lot of it if you're trying to make daily sales.

Example to make 4 sales a day for a $47 product (like this one reel on my feed said) at a 3% conversion rate = 140 ppl CLICKING your link (not views).

So according to that reel you'd have to get at least 700K DAILY VIEWS just to see 4 sales a day (based on a 2:1 CTR/link CTR).

Does this mean you should stop striving for passive income?

No not at all, but I don't want you to kill yourself marketing a low ticket product just to try to make passive sales.

Instead I'd like you to consider multiple streams of income and more specifically, leveraged income.

"Leveraged income the idea that the time and effort you put into your business will give you exponential results in terms of earnings. In other words, with leveraged income, the work you put in once will generate recurring profits." Source: Heights Platform

The idea behind leveraged income, is the time that you spend on your business is not directly related to the amount of income/profits that you make.

Here's my take on it: Prove a product provides results over and over and reap the benefits of selling that product over and over.

Products like online courses, group programs and memberships.

Earnings and revenue can compound over time especially with payment plans being stacked strategically for courses and group programs.

So my take on building a business with leveraged income is that it's more sustainable compared to focusing solely on passive income.

What are your thoughts? I'd love to hear.

Hey Reader, Building out a complete and effective sales funnel is, frankly, a lot of work. So much so that far too many entrepreneurs get stuck before they even get started simply due to the sheer complexity of it all. Usually, this is because they’re in the never-ending cycle of the pursuit of perfection. Let me rock your world for a moment and just let you know a little bitty secret… DONE is better than perfect. DONE can work FOR you while you MAKE it perfect. DONE starts paying for itself...

Hey Reader, The best video ads to create for conversions are UGC videos… What is UGC? UGC = User-Generated Content UGC is any type of content, in this case, videos, that have been posted by your consumers, social media influencers, or industry-adjacent partners. It’s not you making content about your business or your brand. It’s others speaking on your behalf and making you look amazing. And PS I’ve seen some top thought leaders use this method on TikTok for their paid traffic strategy (ie....
